Ingredients :
- 1 lb fish,clean and cut(I've used sea bass)
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp fennel powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp rice flour
- salt
- oil for frying
Procedure :
- Clean the fish with turmeric powder and set it aside.
- Now add chilli powder,fennel powder,garlic paste,turmeric powder,rice flour and salt to the fish.Make sure the masala coats the fish completely.
- Marinate for 30 mins.Longer if you prefer.
- Heat oil in a shallow pan,fry the fish and cook it through,while turning in between.Make sure both side are crispy and golden brown.Now its ready to be served.
